Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 20th International Symposium SymOrg 2026, organized by the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade, which will take place on Kopaonik, Serbia, from 10 to 12 June 2026.

The topic of SymOrg 2026 is “RESILIENT AND INTELLIGENT ORGANIZATIONS IN TIMES OF PERMANENT DISRUPTION”.

The aim of SymOrg 2026 is to promote the theory and practice of management, organization, computer, and information sciences, discuss new challenges and solutions in times of permanent disruption, and establish mutual collaboration among researchers, professionals, and the public sector.

Тhe Symposium will be held in Hotel Grand, Kopaonik.

We welcome full papers, short papers, and posters addressing the challenges of resilient and intelligent organizations in times of permanent disruption and other related topics. Submissions from academic, research, consulting, industry, intermediary, and policy organizations are encouraged and should focus on the following general themes:

There are several publishing options. Accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, with an ISBN, and submitted for indexing and/or publication and/or listing to Google Books, Google Scholar, Web of Science, and SCOPUS databases.

Authors can also publish their full paper in conference proceedings of high-quality peer-reviewed research papers called “RESILIENT AND INTELLIGENT ORGANIZATIONS IN TIMES OF PERMANENT DISRUPTION”, published by Springer.

The selected papers from different sections will be proposed for review and publication to editors of scientific journals (ComSIS, indexed in Web of Science and Scopus; YUJOR, indexed in Scopus; Management: Journal of Sustainable Business and Management Solutions in Emerging Economies, indexed in ERIH+; InfoM and Tehnika – Menadžment, Serbian national journals).

SymOrg 2026 will host several attention-getting events: keynote speaker presentations, roundtables on current topics, presentations, panel discussions, and informal gatherings and social events.
