Proceedings
The conference received a total of 161 paper submissions. During the initial screening phase, 7 papers were withdrawn/retracted by the authors, resulting in 154 valid submissions entering the evaluation process. All valid submissions underwent a multi-stage evaluation procedure. First, each paper was subjected to a technical and editorial prescreening to verify compliance with formatting requirements, double-blind review standards, scope relevance, and publication ethics policies. Papers passing this stage proceeded to a double-blind peer review process, where each submission received at least two independent reviews conducted by members of the international program committee. In addition, every paper was evaluated by the corresponding track chair, who provided an integrative assessment and final recommendation based on the reviewers’ reports and the overall quality and relevance of the submission.
Based on the review process and the overall quality standards of the conference, 61 papers were accepted for publication in the Springer CCIS proceedings, corresponding to an overall Springer acceptance rate of 39.61% (calculated on valid submissions). In addition, 68 papers were accepted for publication in the Zenodo conference proceedings, while 16 papers were accepted as poster presentations.
The conference maintained a selective acceptance policy for the Springer CCIS proceedings, with an acceptance rate below 40%, while simultaneously providing additional publication and presentation opportunities through Zenodo proceedings and poster sessions.
