Presentation Guidelines
Instructions and templates for oral and poster presentations
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper. Presentation of the accepted paper by at least one of the authors is a prerequisite for its inclusion in the conference proceedings.
Papers
Authors who wish to submit their presentation files in advance may send them to the official conference email symorg@fon.bg.ac.rs no later than June 7, 2026.
Presentation timing:
- Full papers: 7 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes for discussion
- Short papers: 5 minutes for presentation + 2 minutes for discussion
Posters
The deadline for poster submission is May 27, 2026. Authors are kindly requested to prepare their posters using the template available on this page and send them to the official conference email address: symorg@fon.bg.ac.rs.
The conference organizers will provide printing for all posters submitted by the indicated deadline. Otherwise, authors are required to print their posters themselves in A0 format.

Presentations and posters should be prepared according to our official templates to ensure consistency across all sessions.
Online Presentations
Detailed instructions for online paper presentations will be provided to participants in a timely manner.
