Paper Instructions

Authors are kindly recommended to choose only one topic that best suits their work.

Accepted paper lengths (including references):

  • Full papers: 12-15 (or more) pages
  • Short papers: 6-11 pages
  • Posters: fewer than 4 pages

Full and short papers

Full papers and Short papers must be prepared strictly according to the Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series conference proceedings guidelines. Authors should carefully follow the official Springer instructions and Code of Conduct. Detailed formatting instructions are available at the following link.

Posters

Posters must be prepared strictly according to the local conference Poster Template. Authors should carefully follow the conference Code of Conduct.

Paper, written in English only, should be prepared according to these requirements. Authors must not modify the structure, formatting, or predefined styles of the templates. Submissions must not contain author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, or any other information that could reveal the authors’ identity, as the review process is double blind.

Papers should be submitted as A NEW submission via Microsoft CMT link by April 15, 2026.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper. Presentation of the accepted paper by at least one of the authors is a prerequisite for its inclusion in the conference proceedings.
