Connecting academia and industry for regional development

Workshop Cover

International Forum on Organisational Sciences

The International Forum of Organizational Sciences is a two-part event designed to connect academia and industry while fostering regional dialogue on the development and future of organizational and management sciences.

1 Academic Dialogue

The first part of the event brings together Deans, Vice-Deans, and Faculty Administration Management from three leading regional faculties to discuss the development of organizational sciences in their respective countries, as well as key directions for the future of discipline and opportunities for stronger regional cooperation.

2 Industry Integration

The second part of the event gathers companies founded in countries across the region that are currently operating in Serbia. Through this dialogue between academia and business, participants will examine different organizational practices, management approaches, and business experiences, identifying opportunities for improvement, collaboration, and knowledge transfer between universities and industry.

Through these discussions, the International Forum of Organizational Sciences aims to strengthen regional cooperation, encourage meaningful exchange between academia and the business community, and contribute to the continued advancement of organizational sciences in the region.
