Photography Policy

During SymOrg 2026, photographs and video recordings will be taken for documentation and promotional purposes. The materials may be published on the conference website, social media platforms, conference reports, and other communication channels related to the promotion of the conference and future events.

By participating in the conference, attendees consent to the use of their image and likeness for the purposes stated above. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded are kindly requested to notify the organizers in advance or upon registration.

The organizers will process and use such materials in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
