SYMORG 2026 has been officially included in the AOM Community Accelerator Program

We are pleased to announce that the SYMORG International Symposium on Organizational Sciences has been included in the Academy of Management Community Accelerator Program (CAP).

The Community Accelerator Program is a strategic initiative of the Academy of Management aimed at strengthening collaboration with institutions and scholarly communities from regions that have been historically underrepresented in the global academic landscape. Through CAP, partner initiatives gain access to valuable academic resources, networking opportunities, and increased international visibility.

As part of this program, SYMORG 2026 will be featured among selected international academic events contributing to the development of management and organizational sciences, fostering knowledge exchange, and supporting the integration of regional research communities into global academic networks.

This recognition further confirms SYMORG’s growing international relevance and its role as a platform connecting academia and practice.
