Nowadays, society faces rapid and profound changes in technology. Therefore, organizations must undergo digital transformation to remain competitive in global markets and keep up with digital innovation imposed by Fourth Industrial Revolution. A well-developed quality management system could be significant for uprising organizational culture and managerial approaches, as core factors for achieving a sustainable quality success in Industry 4.0, framed as “Quality 4.0”. Quality 4.0 represents how those technologies realign quality functions into a broader organizational strategy. System management standards play a crucial role in driving organizations toward quality and business excellence on this transformation road. In addition, standards can also streamline the development of new technologies and related products and services.
