Description
Blockchain technology is becoming present in an increasing number of pilot applications in everyday life, such as financial services, healthcare, supply chains, smart cities, insurance, manufacturing industries, education, the Internet of Things, identity management, and asset management. New tools, libraries, frameworks and digital platforms are used for their development and deployment. Blockchain technology is not yet mature, and it is still evolving. There is a great need for innovative solutions in business systems that reduce costs, increase security and decrease the possibility of fraud and counterfeiting. In addition to the many benefits of blockchain technology, scalability and loss of privacy are the main challenges. This section aims to show the concepts and real examples of how blockchain technology transforms such innovative ideas into reality.
