Description

This section focuses on the changes made and challenges faced when Human Resource Management (HRM) goes digital. The main focus of digital HRM is addressing digital employees doing the digital work and managing by using technologies. When digitalization happens in the workplace, all HRM functions undergo changes and meet challenges: recruitment and selection, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, communication, etc.
