Description

Faster than we expect, it might be difficult to find an organization which is not included in some way in digitization. Even traditional businesses, such as agriculture, become digitals, enabling to reduce production risks, invest fewer funds, consume less water and fertilizers, and get higher yields. However, digitization of organization is more a journey than a transformation. Going digital request various changes and appropriate change management. This track theme is broadly focused on the implications of digitalization on business strategies, changes in leadership and management of the organization. It will be discussed the implementation of new approaches in organizations, the competencies of managers for digital business, and project management in the digital environment. Particular attention will be focused on the presentation of experiences in digital transformation projects and the effects of the application of the digital principles in organizations.
