Description

The topic of Lean business systems – structures, processes and models aims to explore new trends in sustainable organizational development by integrating novel business models, organizational structures, lean business processes and digital technologies. Challenges posed by the pandemic have changed basic paradigms of business and organization, requiring a responsive and resilient organizational structure. However, delivering value to customers still remains at the core, even in the face of adversity, stressing the necessity for lean business systems and processes relying on real-time information. This track provides a platform for researchers, educators, and practitioners to present and discuss the most recent academic trends and issues and practical challenges and solutions in the field of organizational design and business process management.
